This butter making machine comes with a Stainless steel milk trough: its capacity is 10 litres which is normally filled to a maximum of about 40% with either milk or cream.
After churning, if the outlet is then kept open the machine may be used for pre-kneading the butter.
The churn has a robust 230Volt motor designed exclusively for food use that is adjustable with multi-level switching. This unit will give many years of trouble-free service. Full instructions are included with every machine.
