Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within once your order is placed and a further email to let you know your order is on the way!
 
STORE PICKUP:
If you wish to collect your order, please let us know. Orders can be picked up daily, Monday -Friday between 9am & 5pm from Units B & C, Smarden Business Estate, Monks Hill, Smarden, Kent, TN27 8QL

DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING RATE FEES:
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail. The standard shipping option provides a Tracked 48 service. Express shipping is via DPD next day delivery. FOR OVERSEAS SHIPPING, enter your shipping address and the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. Shipping to overseas will take longer than domestic shipping. An email address and contact number is required for all couriers that are used.
