To Prepare: For 1L slowly add 960ml of water to 125g of Whole Dried Milk Powder stirring vigorously - or use a whisk/electric food mixer.
One level tablespoon of powder is approximately 10g.
Incredibly easy to make up a litre or 2 with a whisk, works very well in making l.reuteri yoghurt and much tastier than whole cows milk, Also it's gorgeous in a cup of decaf.
