Elecrem No.1 Cream Separator 125 litres/hr

Now proudly supplying Elecrem products! Elecrem have been manufacturing milk processing equipment for over 70 years and are widely regarded as the best in the market.

This Elecrem No.1 model is capable of processing 125L of milk per hour and is a equipped with a 10L capacity reservoir tank. 230v single-phase power supply (110v available upon request), all machines are CE approved and have a 1 year guarantee. The motor uses Elecrem's unique floating suspension system which allows the motor to be perfectly centered. The height of the separator bowl is fully adjustable.

As an optional extra the Elecrem No.1 model can also be fitted with polished aluminium milk and cream spouts (please contact us for more details if required).

The Elecrem No.1 is supplied with a maintenance kit and full instructions as to the use, cleaning, re-assembly and upkeep of the machine.

The thickness of the cream is easily controlled by adjusting the cream screw fitted above the top disc (see instruction booklet).
