Cream Separator (Motor Sich 100-19)

Its a big investment when you only have a few goats to milk, but I'm so glad I bought it. I milk three English goats (giving me roughly 3 litres per day between them, so not vast producers of milk). I now save the milk and process it twice weekly, giving me fresh cream and the ability to make butter and a whole range of skimmed milk cheeses. Don't be put off by the detailed instructions on dismantling and cleaning; they are easy to follow (and its important to follow them). By the third time of using I'd learnt all the specific details that are important to remember and its very satisfying to see the process in operation.
