Cream Separator (Motor Sich 100-19)

This model represents excellent value for money and is made from polycarbonate, with the drum and the discs consisting of aluminium. Can be used to make cream, sour cream and low fat milk at home.

Simple to use, just warm the milk to 40˚C (104˚F), switch on the separator and pour in the milk into the bowl (12 Litre capacity). Can process up to 100 litres of milk and hour.
