Rennet - Suitable for Vegetarians

This vegetarian rennet is available in a concentrated form (220IMCU/ml). It is available in either 50ml or 100ml dropper bottles, or 500ml and 1 litre heavy duty bottles.
The rennet should be added at a rate of 4 drops per gallon (4.5 litres) of milk to produce an excellent soft cheese. It may also be pre-diluted with a little cold boiled water to assist when dosing smaller quantities. For harder cheeses, more rennet will be required.

This rennet may also be used for making junket, although it will need to be diluted first because of its high strength. The shelf life of the rennet is a full 6 months when stored in a normal fridge.
