A wonderful blend of dried tomato, paprika, garlic, onion, basil, thyme and pepper to flavour your cheeses and bring them to life during cheese making.
Herbs must be sterilised for 10 minutes in boiling water before use and prior to soaking. Soak for 2-3 hours. Recommended use - 100g per 100 litres of milk.
Store in a dry and sealed container. Sold in a 1kg bag.
