Fenugreek Seeds for cheese making

Fengreek seeds are a great addition to cheeses such as gouda and give a nutty and savoury flavour. To prepare the seeds, boil them in a small amount of water, then cover and allow to stand overnight. The seeds are then lightly sprinkled into the curds prior to pressing. Use approximately 1-1.5 tsp.
Store in a cool, dry place and keep in a sealed container. Sold in a 1kg bag.
